We can generate a more detailed and accurate estimate with less time and staff, giving us - and our customers - a more competitive edge. We can also generate advanced material orders and other special reports from the estimate to aid in enhancing the customer’s schedule.Drawing Management
By importing the X-Steel & SDS/2 drawing files into the drawing manager, it will generate fast and error-free material cut list and CNC files for the shop. We can also track drawing approvals and revisions. This saves valuable time and produces perfect drawing records for our customers and us.Material Management
We can control material cost with optimized nesting, material planning and remnant tracking, furnish traceable purchase orders and heat cert numbers per the customers requirements. All cost savings are passed down to our customers.Production Management
